I was working with Ashley to get a replacement cabinet door as mine broke into 2 pieces. Pictures did a poor job to nail down the finish so I dropped it off. After seeing what I actually had Ashley called me with the replacement price which was surprisingly high. Then she said the owner, Jeff Kidd wanted to take it to his shop to see if he could repair it. It came out like new. They would not take any money! If that doesn't reflect on what a wonderful group this is nothing does. I am very appreciative or Ashley and Jeff, thanks again, Skip

Brad came to my home for a free estimate. Very professional and friendly. He discussed options, pricing and timing with me. The installers showed up on time and got the job done in just a few hours. I am very happy with the result and will be going back to them for my next projects.

My kitchen is almost finished, just need to add water (hookup scheduled for next Tuesday, after Labor Day), and a tile back splash (still shopping). Highly recommend J&J Carpet One & Tile located in Merritt Island. Ask for Rob for all your cabinet needs ... and ask for Brad for all your flooring needs. Excellent workmanship!

Brittany was great to work with, she had great ideas and helped me coordinate the backsplash and quartz countertop. I had numerous meetings with her to finalize the layout of the kitchen and to select the products and she was always so patient and pleasant to deal with. She always retuned calls, emails or text messages promptly.
The kitchen came out beautiful!!!

Great experience. Many beautiful choices for counter tops. Once we made a selection, installation was timely, very neat, professional and pleasant. We are looking forward to our next project with J and J Carpet One.

The men were on time, laid 2 rooms of carpet in 1 day as promished. The only reason not giving a 5 star, they did a seam that is noticeable and would have been preferred they would put it somewhere else not so noticeable. But they were nice and professional.

I was extremely pleased with J&J and will definitely use them again. From my initial visit on a busy Saturday when there was only one salesperson working to the final installation, everyone provided outstanding customer service. Brad was fantastic. The installer, (I think his name was John) was extremely professional and outstanding at his job. I was so impressed, when the job was finished and he had packed up and left, 20 minutes later, he came back because he realized that he forgot to put one of the doors back up. That says a lot about a person and company's work ethic! Besides the outstanding service, the quality of flooring is great and I couldn't be happier with it.

Brittany is a rock star!

Recently, my wife and I decided to have our master bathroom remodeled and we couldn't be happier. We searched around the area to find a reputable designer but just weren't able to find someone we connected with to meet our style preferences. We decided to stop by J and J and immediately, we knew we were in the right place. Brittany who was already with a few customers, acknowledged our presence and didn't leave us just standing there. When she was finished, she invited us to take a seat and asked what we were looking for. We didn't need to give her a lot of details, she seemed to already have a design formulating in her mind as we were talking. I can say that what she put together for us was absolutely amazing. The design she put together is so beautiful, we decided to have her continue into the master bedroom. It was a big job, which required a lot of different contractors. To my surprise, every single one of them were on time everyday for the 4 weeks it took to finish. Brittany is a rock star! I've had remodels in the past and have done a few myself, but this was the best experience we've had with a job this big. If you want top notch design and customer service, head to J and J and ask for Brittany. You won't be disappointed.

Outstanding staff, product, advice, and installation!

Brad was extremely courteous, understanding, flexible, and knowledgeable helping us with full-house flooring and kitchen counter tops. We couldn’t be happier with the installation, quality of the product, and the assistance with these upgrades. The entire team was awesome from Brad and Brittney helping with narrowing our decisions down to Chris and his crew for tackling the ultra-hard tile demo and outstanding flooring install. The flooring looks wonderful and we also couldn’t be happier with the beautiful quartz counter tops installed in our kitchen. It is absolutely stunning! The stone install was flawless and the wood trim and second level supports also look great. J&J is highly recommended by this family!

I could not imagine a smoother experience from the time we walked into J&J until we said goodbye to the installation team who carpeted our entire 3 bed room home (except for the bathrooms). Brad worked closely with us taking as much time with us in the pad and carpeting selection process then coming to our home at the time promised to do the measurements pointing out to us the most favorable places to place the seams in order to minimize the number necessary,.Chris and his installation team had to move a significant number of large, heavy pieces of furniture and did a great job of installation and clean up. I completely recommend the J&J team. A+ and 5 Stars.

Outstanding work!

Installer was thorough but quick, professional throughout the work and super impressed with how well he cleaned up the sawdust and carpet remnants. Many here in the condo have used, all been pleased; we will continue to go to J&J Carpet One Floor & Home.

We did new flooring in most of our house with Brad, and a remodel of the kitchen and bathroom with Dawn. It couldn't have gone smoother... We're very pleased, great people.... keep on top of things.

Brittany Hutt is absolutely amazing!

Brittany could not have done a more amazing job on my kitchen. The attention to detail is superb, she maximized every inch of space, all the extras made this kitchen so functional. This kitchen is everything I hoped for and more. Brittany is wise and talented beyond her years! I can't wait for the next project just to see what "magic" she can do.

Great tile work at reasonable cost!

We've had J&J Carpet One do other jobs for us in the past, and were very satisfied. So when we decided to remodel the shower in our master bath, we called on them. Their kitchen and bathroom designer, Brittany Hutt, was great to work with. She took our basic ideas and turned them into a very creative design. Then she coordinated the plumbing, demolition and carpentry, tile work, and glass door installation so everything went smoothly. The tile work was exceptional. We've very satisfied and believe the cost was quite reasonable for the scale of the project and quality of the work. We recommend them highly!

Dawn Johns is a consummate professional, a great designer, and a lot of fun. She and her whole team work with you to completely plan, schedule and manage the project from start to finish. My wife and I consider her to be part of our family and hopefully a good friend forever!

J & J's design and installation team gave us our dream kitchen! Every aspect of the experience has been first class. Our cabinets are beautiful, functional and provide a tremendous amount of storage. With their help we chose a grey slate tile for the floor and the contrast to the white cabinets is stunning. We had a deadline to meet and the project was on time and within the budget. We worked with J&J a few years ago when replacing our floors and that experience brought us back to them when it was time for the kitchen. We highly recommend J&J!

If you are interested in remodeling your bathroom or kitchen, please call J&J Carpet One! Brittany was our designer! She did an excellent job in helping us remodel our bathroom!! She spent quality time with us in picking out our Quartz, cabinets, pulls/knobs, faucet, mirror, lights, beautiful sink and paint colors for our walls. She was professional, dependable, very personable and always happy to assist with a smile! In addition, the rest of the J&J Team was awesome to work with! They were able to finish our project in 4 days!! We look forward to working with the J&J Carpet One Team in the future!!!

When it came time to replace carpet at the First United Methodist Church in Cocoa Beach a committee was formed to look at several local carpet dealers. We wanted to look at color choices, quality of carpet, workmanship and cost. We weren't necessarily looking for the lowest bid, but took into account the professionalism and ease of working together to plan a very hectic installation schedule. This was a two week project which meant the sanctuary had to be presentable for worship on a Sunday even though the job was not finished at that time.

After meeting with Brad Warburton at J & J Carpet One on Merritt Island, and going over our needs, discussing the intricacies of covering our altar area with it's many corners and steps, we felt very confident that J & J Carpet One would do the best job.

And - indeed they did - they exceeded our expectations - and we would most definitely recommend them!

We were impressed with the Carpet One experience. Your salesperson was professional and his knowledge was impressive. The men who installed were exceptional. Their work was superior in every way. We would give all employees our highest recommendation. We had some difficulties with our outdoor paving and moving. These fine men went over and above to help us. I do not know of any other company that would be so accommodating. They were not only great craftsmen, but true gentlemen.

J&J performed a complete renovation of our bathroom, and the work so impressed us that we hired them for the replacement of over 850 sq ft of wood flooring in our living / family room. Quality of work is outstanding. Jeff performed all work on price and close to on schedule. They were very patient with the planning process and offered considerable help - to include bringing out a plumber at their expense to accurately scope and price the job. I recommend them for bath / kitchen remodeling and any wood floor job.
