Stone & Glass Mosaic Shower

A master shower in a Merritt Island Riverside home received a transitional, detailed design.

The homeowners wanted to use simple materials and keep the color palette neutral with earth tone accents. Designer Brittany Hutt chose a 13x13 Vesale Stone in Sand for the shower walls, and a 2x2 size for the floors. To create some contrast Brittany used a 1x1 Lux Stone and Glass Mosaic from Tesoro for horizontal borders on the shower walls, as well as the floor. The large niche allows for plenty of storage, and includes the decorative 1x1 Lux, Stone and Glass Mosaic with a thicker horizontal accent border across the walls. For added detail, the decorative mosaic tile was laid on the inside casing of the oval window, as well as the floor entrance into the shower. The zero entry shower features a frameless glass hinged door for a clean streamlined look.
