A luxurious kitchen in Cocoa, Florida with a transitional design and farmhouse accents was drastically transformed into an open enjoyable and enjoyable space.
Designer Brittany Hutt specified this kitchen with Homecrest Cabinetry’s Maple Sedona door style in the color Alpine. The center island and range hood were specified in the same door style and color to keep the bright ambiance continuous throughout all elements of the space. The backsplash is a beautiful Herringbone, Calacatta Gold Marble in a Polished finish from Tesoro. The herringbone pattern combined with the classic veined marble serves as a transitional accent for the space. The homeowners desired a space for entertaining so the additional eat in counter space was a must have! The countertops and center island were completed with quartz from Cambria in the style Tourquay™. The cabinetry was finished with the Bitt Pull in a brushed Satin Nickel from Top Knobs Hardware. To ensure the space was suitable for the homeowner’s lifestyle, Brittany added a mini wine fridge and planned space for a coffee bar, making the kitchen fun and functional.
For the flooring, homeowners worked with J&J Carpet One’s, Brad Warburton. Mohawk’s Loftland 6x36 wood plank tile in the color Spicewood was selected and is a pleasing contrast against the all white kitchen. The wood plank tile was chosen to enhance the transitional design of the space and be able to withstand a decent amount of foot traffic and wear from a dog.
