President / Owner

With nearly 45 years of experience within the flooring industry, Jeff began working as an installer at the young age of eighteen, right here in Brevard County. After years of learning the ins and outs to installation and other aspects of home remodeling, Jeff started his own residential and commercial installation business, and quickly developed a reputation as the go-to guy in Brevard for flooring installation.

With his knowledge of floor coverings and the installation process, there was a natural transition into opening his own flooring retail store to inform and guide customers to selecting the right flooring suitable for their lifestyle. In 1987 Jeff opened J&J Carpet One Floor & Home® and continued to build his passion.

Since the opening of J&J Carpet One, Jeff has expanded the business into a full design and renovation business with the addition of a team of well-experienced kitchen and bathroom designers. From the moment the customer walks into the showroom until the job is complete, Jeff’s goal is to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied.

Manager / Flooring Specialist

Brad has been in the flooring business for the last twenty years and a part of the J&J Carpet One Floor & Home® team for the past five years.

He was first introduced to the flooring business when he began working as an Accountant for a flooring retailer. While he enjoyed the business of accounting, Brad has always had a passion for people and decided to transition into flooring sales and focus his talents on helping home and business owners select the best flooring for their lifestyle. With his charismatic personality and vast knowledge of floor coverings, Brad quickly thrived in sales and began his career.

Born and raised in New Hampshire, Brad moved to Florida to escape the harsh winters and live the island life. In June 2012 he joined the J&J team where he leads as Manager and our premier Flooring Specialist. His dedication, attention to detail and work ethic make him an asset to both J&J and his customers. Brad’s first priority is his customer’s satisfaction, taking the time to help determine what product best fits his clients’ needs.

Kitchen & Bathroom Designer / Flooring Specialist

Dawn began her career in the flooring business at the young age of eighteen, when she started working in the purchasing and receiving department at a flooring retail store. Shortly after, her employers saw potential in her and she was quickly promoted to the sales floor.

After ten years of working as a flooring specialist, she was presented with the opportunity to design kitchens and bathrooms. Dawn has always had a passion for art and desired to work in the art field but discovered that kitchen and bathroom design enabled her to tap into her creativity.

In January of 2016 Dawn joined the J&J team as a kitchen and bathroom designer, as well as a flooring specialist. Dawn is known for taking her designs to the next level and incorporating unique, custom elements to create a one of a kind design tailored to her client’s style. In her spare time, Dawn loves refurbishing and building art and furniture pieces, shopping around for antiques and attending industry shows to stay current with the latest trends and products in kitchen and bathroom design.

Cabinetry Designer

Rob Naghdi has been designing kitchens and baths for over 27 years. Before his design career started, Rob managed a restaurant for four years and understands the importance of function, balance, and proportion to a kitchen space, so these elements are always essential to his designs.

Originally from Indiana, Rob and his family moved to Florida when he was recruited by J&J to join the team as a Cabinet Designer in November of 2016. Rob is well versed in custom, frameless and inset cabinets, and understands the professional side of design with Sub-Zero and Wolf products.

Rob also is an award winning designer and has had is work featured in several magazines including Better Homes and Garden, but his passion to help his clients through the process is what drives him every day.

Kitchen & Bath Designer

With nearly 10 years of professional experience in cabinet design, interior design and residential real estate, Ashley Barnette has developed a strong knowledge of designing spaces with functional elements and appealing aesthetics for homeowners.
